Sales Administrator (Bancassurance Department)

Location: Wanchai

Job Description

  • Handle daily works, prepare weekly and monthly reports and ad hoc enquiries
  • Provide supports to sales team and partners
  • Communicate with internal departments and partners’ admin departments
  • Organize and maintain the filing system 


  • Degree or above in Finance, Commercial, Insurance, Economic or Statistics with at least 1 year work experience preferred
  • Have broad understanding of insurance products preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and patience in serving the sales team
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese(both Putonghua and Cantonese) & English
  • Self motivated, energetic and can work independently and under pressure
  • Fresh Graduate(must have HKID/ work permit) and Mainland China Graduate (IANG) are welcome
  • Immediately available preferred
