Job Description

Officer / Assistant, New Business and Policy Administration (Document Processing Team)

Location: Wanchai


  • Perform day-to-day operations of all document processing activities including
    • Document scanning, indexing and quality assurance
    • Deal with incoming and outgoing document distribution
    • Manage document flow and storage
    • Maintain form records for the entire operation center
  • Handle ad-hoc project assigned by team manager
  • Enhance operational efficiency and strictly follow the KPI
  • Handle enquiries from internal colleagues


  • Form 5 graduate with 1 year of work experience; Bachelor Degree holder is highly preferred
  • Experience in Life Insurance operations is preferred
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A team player, patient and independent
