Job Description

Manager/Assistant Manager – Project & Administration

Location: Wanchai


  • Drive project execution, tracks status of all project components and manage changes in collaboration with project team members/stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Formulate and implement talent development and learning strategies in alignment with the company’s direction
  • Participate in learning system development, implementation and upgrade
  • Provide reporting support including research, analysis, problem solving, issue tracking and resolution


  • University Graduate in Business or Training related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of HR/Training experience in sizable companies, preferably from Insurance or Banking industries
  • Good Stakeholder Management
  • Good Team Player and able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and spoken Chinese is required, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
