Manager/ Assistant Manager – Alternative Distribution Training Section

Location: Wanchai


  • Conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders
  • Design, develop and deliver quality training to sales channels
  • Keep all the training materials up-to-date and maintain proper records
  • Assist in training projects as assigned


  1. Bachelor degree in business or training related disciplines
  2. At least 3 years’ solid training experience in insurance or banking industries
  3. Good stakeholder management
  4. Good team player and able to communicate with people at all levels
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently
  6. Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
  7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  8. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Alternative Distribution Training Section
