Job Description

Manager - Agency Contract

Location: Wanchai


  • Review and Update the contract procedure and relevant application materials
  • Prepare and review agency contract to HKFI
  • Perform agency database maintenance, data input and data update
  • Assist in agency system upgrade by preparing user requirement and performing system UAT
  • Maintain the system of orphan case assignment
  • Perform other agency project as assigned


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or agency service field
  • Holder of IIQE Paper 1 & 3, or FLMI is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong in computer language will be an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Officer.
