Job Description

Customer Service Officer, Call Centre (Inbound)

Location: Wanchai


  • Handle and resolve day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels (e.g. agents and banks) via phone and email
  • Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • University degree holder with 2 years of working experience in insurance or customer service field; Form 5 graduates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered
  • Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries examination preferred
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
  • Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
