Job Description

Claims Officer

Location: Wanchai


  • Assess all types of individual claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of policy
  • Support group claims administration and assessment
  • Process claims payment and follow up on the subsequent clerical duties including filing and mailing
  • Assist in system development and perform UAT
  • Handle phone inquiries from brokers, agents & direct clients.


  • Bachelor degree holder with 2-3 years working experience in Life Insurance industry with good knowledge of life insurance / claims processing; Form 5 graduates with 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered
  • Insurance professional qualification such as LOMA or ALHC is highly preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Claims Officer
