Job Description

Business Analysis Officer

Location: Wanchai


  • Drive and lead the business analysis function across requirement discussion, requirement formation process
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Monitor work progress, identify possible deviations in project schedules and formulate contingency plans
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
  • Actively participate in developing business plan and management activities


  • Degree holder (finance, insurance, economics, social statistics or related disciplines preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and creative thinking skills Able to work under pressure, and highly responsible
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of work experience in corporate planning or research and analysis of life insurance company is preferred
  • Good writing skills on Chinese and English; fluency in Mandarin
