Job Description

Assistant Manager / Manager – Project Management (Customer Service Department)

Location: Wanchai


  • Support the team head on Customer Service projects
  • Drive and support new initiatives and assigned projects to enhance customer experience and uplift operation efficiency
  • Prepare and/or review user requirements and test plans based on project requirements
  • Execute test cases and monitor UAT progress to ensure the project deadline can be met
  • Work and follow up closely with parties including users, operations, IT and relevant parties to ensure effective project implementation
  • Provide support and training to end-users
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years working experience in life insurance customer service or operations projects with at least 3 years business analysis experience
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Attentive to details, independent and good project management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical Business Analyst experience, UAT Testing, Impact Analysis and Stakeholder Management
  • Qualification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / FLMI / PMP preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytical skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
