Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Trustees Limited (1-year contract)

Location: Wanchai

Responsibilities

  • Working in our Trustees Limited
  • Assisting in the daily operations of the team, like data input, filing, data verification, document scanning etc.
  • Supporting the ad hoc project if necessary

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 -2 year experience in providing clerical support is desirable, preferably in life insurance industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • English & Chinese typing with speed and accuracy
  • Good customer service mindset with effective communication skill
  • Hardworking and willing to learn Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
