Administrative Assistant (6 months contract)
- Working in our Trustees Limited
- Assisting in the daily operations of the team, like data input, filing, data verification, document scanning etc.
- Supporting the ad hoc project if necessary.
- Form 5 or above
- 1 -2 year experience in providing clerical support is desirable, preferably in life insurance industry
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- English & Chinese typing with speed and accuracy
- Good customer service mindset with effective communication skill
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
