Job Description

VP, Payment Services & Cash Management

Location: Hong Kong


- Manage the daily operations of payment services operations including global payment support
- Assist the Head of Payment Services & Cash Management to oversee Head Office reporting, HKMA reporting, business continuity planning as well as policy & procedure matters
- Provide professional advice to other divisions regarding payment services, e.g. payment gateway route and setup
- Participate in process re-engineering projects related to payment services and regulatory issues
- Perform ad hoc assignments as instructed by Head of Payment Services & Cash Management


- Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years' experience in payment services operations
- Good understanding of payment systems and remittance rules
- Strong internal control and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Self-motivated and must be a strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Required to work at irregular working hours and on public holidays
