Job Description

AVP/Manager, Management Information & Reporting

Location: Hong Kong


- Prepare financial forecast
- Review/prepare management information and commentary to management
- Review/prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to Head Office
- Maintain and execute sound cost allocation mechanism
- Participate in development and user acceptance tests of new information systems
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the team and coaching team members
- Provide advice to Head Office and other divisions of matters related to management accounting
- Ensure proper reconciliation between financial accounting and management accounting records
- Participate in ad hoc finance-related projects


- University degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- Professional qualification in accounting/finance discipline is preferred
- At least 5 years' accounting experience in banking and/or auditing fields
- Good knowledge of banking industry
- Strong computer skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret and think creatively
- Good command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
