Job Description

Human Resource Administrator

Location: Hong Kong

Main Duties

Provide administrative and logistic support on human resources functions particularly on recruitment and compensation/benefits

Assist in preparing periodic reports for payroll processing, performance appraisal, contract renewal

Provide support in employees relation and corporate social activities when necessary

Positive communication with employees on their enquires

 

Requirements

Degree holder, graduated in Human Resource Management is of advantage

At least 2 years working experience in Human Resource, exposure in Human Resource Information System development is of advantage

Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
