Project Secretary


  • Provide secretarial and administrtive support to the Department Head and Project Manager
  • Assist in project coordination with both internal and external parties
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned



  • Diploma or above
  • 2 years' relevant working experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, pleasant and responsible
  • immediately avaliable is highly preferred
