Job Description

Manager - Maintenance Sales



Responsibilities

The incumbent will assist the Department Head to monitor the daily operation of the maintenance sales activities including:

  • Identify and explore potential customers for lift replacement / modification
  • Promote company product and service
  • Liaise with external and internal parties on issues related to the sales of lifts & escalators maintenance services
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Formulate and implement sales action plan
  • Follow up with customers' request and enquiries

Requirements

  • Matriculated or above
  • At least 10 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably in the Elevator and Escalator industry
  • Mature, good supervisory skills, excellent business sense and analytical mind
  • Tactful, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing
