Job Description

Human Resources Clerk


  • Assist in various HR functions, including payroll and staff recreation activities
  • Maintain and update staff record in HR database and filing system
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • 1 year’s solid experience in Human Resources field
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations will be an advantage
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, able to work independently and can work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
