Job Description

Administrative Officer

Location: Hong Kong

  • Provide all-round administrative support to the Department
  • Assist in preparing internal and external correspondence and presentation materials for meetings
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation system
  • Assist in planning and coordinating publications, seminars or events for professional engineering association
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience
  • Possesses good communication and organization skill
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
