Job Description

Administrative Assistant



Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the department
  • Handle correspondence, documentation and follow-up functions
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • At least 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in sizable companies or law firms
  • Able to work independently with positive working attitude
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, with an ability to speak fluent Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
