Job Description

Customer Service Executive

  • Degree in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s relevant experience in customer services field
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication skills with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Willing to work at outdoor sites
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
