Job Description

Customer Service Executive

  • Degree in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in customer services field
  • Indepedent and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command or written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Willing to work at outdoor sites
  • Immediate availability is preferred
