- Assist in formulating customized annual promotion plan, ensure achieve the business target and maximize the brand image exposure
- Lead and execute all GWP program including the production of all printed materials, promotion media plan, allocation of gift and samples to stores.
- Plan and implement effective and efficient promotional and marketing programmes including special events, roadshow, workshops, seminars etc.
- Prepare forecast and budget for the gift, samples and promotion materials
- Manage the stock and ensure sufficient gift / sample / promotion materials for promotional activities and marketing programmes
- Provide support for sales promotion activities including all printed materials & display and co-ordination with marketing and production agencies
- Keep track the market trend and competitors promotional and marketing programmes
- Consolidate sales and business data and conduct analysis; prepare post-promotion report to evaluate promotion KPI and generate insight for future promotion planning
- Act as the project leader in all in-store promotion and marketing events to ensure proper execution and close co-ordination between all stakeholders
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
- 3-5 years in trade marketing / product marketing experience in FMCG / Beauty industry, gained from MNC is preferable
- Attention in details with excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Proactive, strategic thinking, attention to details and able to work in fast-paced working environment
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
