- Oversee the marketing plans for a range of iconic beauty brands and manage the marketing budgets and etc.
- Analyze the market trend, competitor's performance and historical data for developing the branding strategy.
- Lead & motivate the team work closely with Category / Product Management team and Sales team to assist in sales management
- Focus on bringing new ideas on trade promotion programmes, paid media including digital marketing and on/off-line advertising and publicity / earned media.
- Lead the creative development with support of internal Creative team or external creative resources onbrand campaign development, and lead regional brand building initiatives, adaptation and roll outs.
- Lead regional brand building event planning,regular workshops and monitor local market executions to ensure high quality brand presence and consistency.
- Lead PR initiatives cascaded from global, and follow through market adaptation executions.
- Bachelor in Marketing or related disciplines
- 10-12 years brand management & product marketing experience gained from MNC / sizable companies
- Solid experience on beauty products marketing and understanding on brand building concepts and with brand management experience
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Good command in both English and Chinese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
