Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer records retrieval to support businesds & internal department ( Branches & Compliance)
  • Assist in preparing account opening docuements
  • Handle intensive of paper work processing. (Company names checking etc)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external bodies for record retriveral
  • Handle intersive customer enquiries

Requirements:

  • A degree in any discipline, finance most ideal
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
  • Quick, switched-on, flexible and committed
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
