Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing full recruitment cycle across all level of positions and provide substantial support to Head of HR
  • Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
  • Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
  • Provide support on recruitment related adhoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, stable track record with minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Effective communication skills in English and ideally Cantonese
