  • Provide guidance to customers to complete digital onboarding
  • Provide information on digital rewards programs to customers
  • Promote digital capabilities to customers to carry out their daily banking needs
  • Provide ad-hoc support where needed

Job Responsibilities

  • Post-Secondary or above
  • At least 1 year customer service experience within banking fieldis preferable, but not a must
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Possess effective problem-solving skills as well as communication and listening skills
  • Fresh graduates
  • Immediately available is a definite plus
