As part of the project team as System/Data Owner for Global Credit Solution, to undertake a Business Analyst (BA) role for business and credit users
To work as BA fronting the Credit Department on the Systems Projects including Core-banking, Central Limit System, Digitization, etc.
Define and gather business requirements and prepare functional requirements on behalf of the business and credit units, for Credit and Risk Systems
Review business process supported by the Credit and Risk System to optimize efficiency
Perform business specific tasks in the project schedule including system testing and overall User Acceptance Testing
Conduct training for new and existing system related processes and functionality
Manage Credit and Risk System enhancements from initiation through design specifications, testing, documentation and training
Initiate User Requests (Request for Service) for enhancements on behalf of the credit users
Maintain business related documentation for the credit systems including user guide, Frequently Asked Questions, and ensure these are updated to the Intranet for on-going access by credit and business users
Work closely with Tech. support & delivery teams to ensure that user requirements are delivered successfully
Assist to prepare reports / MIS requests for credit users using data extracted from Credit and Risk Systems
Diploma or above preferably in IT or business related discipline
Ideally has 4 to 5 years of experience in IT business analysis / project managment / quality assurance; candidates with 2 years' experience or more will also be considered
Experience in banking / finance sector or projects preferred but not a must
Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills
Proficient in both English and Chinese
Good communication and presentation skills
