Clerk (Temporary – 3 months)
The incumbent will be responsible for handling inbound / outbound calls from corporate customers, issuing service quotations / consumable orders as well as handling email / web orders.
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years working experiences in customer service
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word, sound typing skill
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently
- Immediate available is highly preferred
