Location: Kwai Fong
- Handle telephone inquiries, customers' enquiries and reply email
- Assisting salesperson to develop new business, handle routing orders and coordinate with overseas agents
- Prepare quotation, sales presentation and reports
- Provide general secretarial support to salesperson including expense reimbursement, sales kit ordering and sales order administration, etc.
- Matriculated or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Freight Forwarding industry
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and well-organized
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Hard-working with strong team work
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and work overtime
- Immediate available preferred
