Job Description

Ocean Operations Clerk / Supervisor

Location: Kwai Fong


  • Handle full set of export documents, customer declaration, Tradelink declaration, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of data input, document upload and filing
  • Monitor SOP / KPI to meet our compliance requirement
  • Perform cargo planning and work instruction of our customers including accurate reporting and billing
  • Maintain close communication and coordinate with clients / overseas agents / carriers / warehouse
  • Support upper management to resolve the customer issues
  • Provide general administrative support within the department


  • Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent
  • At least 3 years Ocean Expport experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistic industry (Candidate with more experience and with at least more than 2 years supervisory experience will be considered as Supervisor)
  • Familiar with Origin Cargo Management / PO Management would be an advantage
  • With experience on ocean freight shipping arrangement process (FCL, LCL, Buyer Consolidation if possible)
  • Good telephone manner, willing to learn and work overtime, fast and accurate typing
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin 
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
