Manager/Assistant Manager, Business Development and Client Relationship Management

Location: Kowloon Bay


Business Development work includes:

  • Working with director and sales team to develop a strategy for pursuing additional clients in defined business areas
  • Participating in the sales team's ongoing efforts to ensure new work is aligned with our mission and strategy
  • Following up on sales leads by conducting initial outreach and close client sales deals
  • Working with the sales teams to scope projects and create milestone timelines

Client Relationship work includes:

  • Being the primary liaison with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Ensuring the communication between marketing team and internal operation aimed at optimizing business growth and retention
  • Promoting company services and products to international and local clients through client face-to-face meeting, presentations and promotional events / exhibition
  • Reviewing service performance, service fee, terms and conditions at defined intervals
  • Carrying out sales initiatives and offering value-added solutions to key account
  • Collecting market intelligence on competitive analysis, trends and opportunities for strategic decision
  • Providing sales and account management plans, budgets, monthly reports and customer visit summary on time

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business administration, Customer Service, Textiles, Chemistry or Engineering related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years work experience preferably with experience in consumer products or toys / hardgoods testing services, customer services or managerial exposure to international clients
  • Exposure to sales management, marketing and customer service functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with exposure to top management clientele
  • Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • An energetic, motivated self-starter able to lead by example and deliver results
  • Acute sense of market trends and customer needs, sensitive to numerical figures
  • Candidate with lesser relevant working experience would be considered for Assistant Manager post
