Client Security Lead
Location: Hong Kong
Purpose Of Role:
· Leads all client engagement for BT Security on an existing regional contract in region, based in Hong Kong.
· Lead & own Security governance & compliance on the contract.
· Responsible for optimising Security P&L through deep insight into customer needs and in-life contract performance.
· Owning the security customer experience e2e.
Key Responsibilities
External Stakeholders
q Single point of visibility into the delivery and operation of the security services;
q Responsible for customer experience with the security services;
q Jointly own the Customer Security Strategy;
q Responsible for the management of P&L and resources on the customer account;
q Maintain visibility and accuracy of BT’s security obligations written into the Customer contract & BT’s compliance towards them;
q Support compliance to applicable external regulatory standards;
q Own and tracks the security specific risks in the account risk register;
q Understanding the business operations and support structures of the Customer and owning the selection, recommendation and improvement of security controls
q Support new security initiatives that are appropriate and strategic for BT and the Customer;
Internal Stakeholders
q Overall accountability for all aspects of Security engagement with existing customers or customer groups
q Develops successful and sustainable long term Security business relationships with customers & internal teams
q Accountable for defining and executing Security strategy in respect to existing customers
q Actively manage senior level relationships with clients and internal senior executives e.g. Country Managing Director, Regional VPs.
q Oversee security customer experience, business opportunities, relationships, and contract management delivery
q Lead an in-life security team (for large strategic customer)
q Contribute to the BT Security strategy and transformation, by taking account of the collective voice of our customers
q Identify & develop new security opportunities to expand the business scope of existing contracts, in conjunction with Account team.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
q Typically qualified to degree level, or equivalent professional experience and/or with recognised qualifications.
q Preferably with CISM, ITIL & knowledge of ISO 2700x.
Skills/Experience:
q 8 to 10 years’ experience with a proven track record in security with good communication skills.
q Extensive experience of stakeholder management and influencing skills, at a senior level.
q Proven knowledge of risk management processes.
q Recognised practitioner in Security management, network and information security and people security.
q Excellent leader & strong team player with a proven track record of building high performing, well-motivated teams.
