Client Service Assistant (Administrative Assistant)

Location: Central, Admiralty

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting International guests and visitors
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring daily enquiries
  • Daily mail handling and courier arrangement
  • Meeting Room allocation and arrangement
  • To provide the quality administrative and secretarial support to our premium clients
  • To manage different customers ad-hoc requirement and expectation
  • To provide general office daily administration work
  • To coordinate the administration work with different kinds of vendors
  • To manage the company database

The Ideal candidates would have:

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
  • Diploma or above with 2 years plus service industry experience
  • Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Experience in working with the expatriate or foreign people
  • Good tone and manner in handling phone calls
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Diligent, polite and pleasant characteristics
  • Detailed minded
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must
