Job Description

IT Support Technician/Specialist 14K-16K

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide end-user technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;
  2. Monitor, maintain, and perform a regular test on IT equipment and server
  3. Responsible for network equipment installation and configuration;
  4. Assist in managing hardware and software inventories;
  5. Perform system administration and management;
  6. Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above; Who have professional working experience for 5 years or above can be exempted from academic requirements
  2. Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application;
  3. Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology;
  4. Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure;
  5. Self-motivated, quick response, strong problem solving and analytical skills;
  6. Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage;
  7. Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  8. Immediate available is highly preferred.
