Job Description

Sous Chef

Job Duties:

  • Accountable for all aspects of kitchen management
  • Order food products daily and ensure the food items are properly stored
  • Ensure all kitchen equipments is maintained and in safe working order
  • Contribute to the menu and food concept development to continuously upgrade and enhance the food service through introduction of new products and culinary trends

Job Requirements:

  • 4+years of kitchen experience with at least two years in a chef or sous chef position
  • Able to handle high volume restaurants
  • Superior English communication skills (written and oral)
