Restaurants Manager

Job Duties:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant including budget control and daily administration
  • Working the floor as a manager and assisting guests with wine selection
  • Develop and support professional customer relationship
  • Identifying areas where service can be improved and finding effective solutions
  • Leading the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to guests

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • 2+ years experience working in Western-style restaurants
  • Superior management skills with ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Good command in written and spoken both French and English
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail; results oriented problem solver
