Full-Time Education Consultant

Job Description

  • Handling administrative duties including general clerical works such as enquiry hotlines, preparing materials for workshops and programmer
  • Assisting in event management and organizing activities for students and families
  • Providing professional services in answering inquiries from parents and student for the events and workshops
  • Providing customer service and enquiry follow up
  • Prepare proposals and logistics support for activities and meetings
  • Explore and develop new workshops and pedagogy of teaching programming in a classroom.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors outside, and manage the projects on-site
  • Enhance project operation efficiency and clients servicing quality
  • Responsible to the Principal for providing assistance to monitor students’ progress and offer support to parents
  • Participate in offsite public education events and presentations
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and events as assigned

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, fresh graduates are welcomed, experienced in customer servicing and with early childhood education background is preferred
  • Passionate, creative, energetic and very fond of children
  • Immediately available
  • Available and willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Experienced in leading children activities and enjoy spending time with children
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, flexible and adaptable to new ideas
  • Good interpersonal skills, cheerful, patient, caring and enthusiastic
  • Person with integrity, a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
  • Ability to identify solutions to problems and resolve conflicts
  • Good team player with pleasant personality and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua, good writing skills in both Chinese and English
  • Computer skills (familiar with social media platforms, and proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
