Customer Service Officer
- Respond to customers queries and requests via phone and email
- Prepare account opening documents for individual and corporate customers
- Responsible for Client Due Diligence and KYC review and approval
- Work independently and work under pressure
- Quick response to deliver professional services to meet our customers need
- University degree holder
- Minimum 2~3 years experience in CDD/KYC in banking
- Good telephone manner and communication
- Good computer skills and Chinese word processing
- Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin (MUST) skill
