Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers queries and requests via phone and email
  • Prepare account opening documents for individual and corporate customers
  • Responsible for Client Due Diligence and KYC review and approval
  • Work independently and work under pressure
  • Quick response to deliver professional services to meet our customers need

Job Requirements:

  • University degree holder
  • Minimum 2~3 years experience in CDD/KYC in banking
  • Good telephone manner and communication
  • Good computer skills and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin (MUST) skill
