Section Head, Resources Planning

Duties

  • Lead the resources planning team in developing and monitoring the HR functions in recruitment and selection, job evaluations, HR related projects and also act as a HR business partner.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in banking or financial sector with a proven record in supervisory level
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and strong in communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in written Chinese and English
