Section Head, Documentation


  • Lead a team to manage all documents in accordance with the bank policy and guidelines
  • Enhance and Maintain documentation and record management related systems


  • Degree holder with minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in documentation, record management and corporate administration services; Experience in Key Authentication is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated,  able to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Good in planning and communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Documentation.
