Chief Analyst, Credit Policy & Quantitative Analysis (Quantitative Analysis and MIS)

Chief Analyst, Credit Policy & Quantitative Analysis (Quantitative Analysis and MIS) 


  • Support credit portfolio analysis, ratio/ limit control and management presentations as required
  • Prepare timely, accurate and high quality MIS reports to management, head office and other stakeholders as required
  • Liaise with multiple business stakeholders to address MIS requirements
  • Review MIS workflow and contribute ideas for enhancing team effectiveness and work improvement
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by management


  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Information System or related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in banking industry
  • Proficient in statistical applications, i.e. SQL, MS Access and Excel VBA
  • Knowledge in credit risk management
  • A good, sensible team player with outstanding analytical, communication and time management skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage
  • Experience in BASEL implementation/ credit models is an advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Chief Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Credit Policy & Quantitative Analysis.
