Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits (HRIS) (Contract Period until September 30, 2017)


  • Assist in HR system enhancement, implementation, review and streamline existing procedures through workflow analysis, convert such into user requirements and/or functional specifications
  • Responsible for department website development, design and maintenance
  • Assist Compensation & Benefits Team in benefits administration and ad hoc HR projects


  • Degree holder in Computer Studies or related discipline, with 2 years' hands-on HRIS experience preferably in banking or financial sector
  • Experience in web development with knowledge in JavaScript, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, etc.
  • Exposure in system evaluation, UAT and database management is preferred
  • Well-organized, result-oriented and able to work independently
