Teleservices Executive – Call Centre (Contract)


  • Handle customers’enquiries and requests in relating to banking and credit card products or services from different channels
  • Provide quality services to customers through inbound and outbound calls
  • Address customer feedback/ complaints professionally


  • Form 5 with HKCEE full certificate or above.
  • Relevant working experience in banking / servicing industry is preferable
  • Independent, self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Possess hands-on PC skills in using MS Office applications and Chinese inputs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written; Putonghua is preferable
  • Willing to work at non-office hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
