Job Description

System Administrator (Helpdesk)



Responsibilities:

  • Handle and provide support to internal user services call, both hardware and software issues
  • Liaise with relevant parties to follow up service cases, including service vendors
  • Analyze and provide solutions to system failure cases
  • Monitor the service level of the service case performance
  • Monitor automated machines and network lines performance
  • Plan and design the workstation configuration according to user requirement
  • Manage the requirement order to install the workstation/PC equipment
  • Assist to provide service report to management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in information technology, business administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Helpdesk, Service desk or Customer Service
  • Full coverage of experiences in handling customer services and complaints
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work for shift or outside office hours for production support
  • Good command of spoken, written and typing Chinese (input method is倉頡或速成輸入法) and English, knowledge to speak Mandarin is a plus.
