System Administration Manager (IT Facility Management)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Manage and maintain computer room facilities such as E&M, HVAC, BMS and etc. equipment
  • Apply computer room management and related technical standards
  • Inspect and assess operational risks of computer room
  • Manage third party vendor /suppliers /consultant /contractor such as communicate, coordinate and etc
  • Manage small to mid-size computer room’s renovation and relocation such as planning, coordination and etc


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3 years or above experience in E&M, HVAC equipment management
  • Experience in setting up and managing computer room is preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Be competent for overseas (Southeast Asia) business trip and local overtime work
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in mandarin and Cantonese, good command of spoken and written English
