Job Description

Senior Officer (Omni)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Strategy Manager to achieve responsible tasks
  • Work closely with IT and Business Managers for Omni Channel /e-Banking development initiatives
  • Analyse users initiatives and recommend best practice solutions to achieve excellent customer experience
  • Prepare documentation on user requirements, operating procedures and operating guideline
  • Develop the user acceptance test plan and test details and carry out the user acceptance test
  • Conduct feasibility studies, industry benchmarking whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking industry and e-banking development areas with exposure to Personal & Corporate Banking of Internet and Mobile Banking channels is highly desirable
  • Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
  • Great Chinese and English writing skills
  • Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
