Senior/Investment Services Representative - Call Centre
- Handle customers’ phone calls in stock trading, foreign exchange trading and other related services accurately and timely
Respond to customers enquiries and requests in relating to banking services or products from different channels professionally
Solicit new business through outbound calls in selling and promoting bank’s products
- Possess 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematic
With HKSI qualification is a must.
With experience in banking industry or financial institutions is a definite advantage
Good knowledge of investment products
Independent, self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
Possess hands-on PC skills in using MS Office applications and Chinese inputs
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written; Putonghua is preferable
Willing to work on shift duties
