Senior Customer Services Manager/ Customer Services Manager (Corporate Banking)


  • Assist to develop and seek business opportunities
  • Assist the management to formulate the strategies, business plan and action plan in different target customer segment from various chambers of commerce
  • Facilitate, monitor and report business performance
  • Conduct kyc on target customers with in depth analysis
  • Prepare and control activities budget
  • Assist the management to organize business banquet/events


  • University graduates majoring in Business Administration / Marketing/ Economics / Finance
  • At least 5 year experiences in Corporate Banking
  • Good knowledge on Banking Ordinance, Procedure & Corporate Banking Products
  • Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent in MS Office in particular PowerPoint

Less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
