Senior Customer Service Officer (FI_Public Sector)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Assist relationship manager for preparing documents, statistics and periodic reports
  • Liaise closely with related internal parties
  • Handle enquiry relating to banking facilities and services for corporate clients and prospective customers


  • University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' working experience in credit administration or secretarial support
  • Be able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office
