Job Description

Senior Customer Service Officer



Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales services to the bank’s high net worth corporate and FI customers
  • Handle customers enquiries and requests in relating to banking products or services from different channels
  • Offer prompt, competent and quality customer services and provide prompt solutions to customer
  • Address customer feedback/ complaints professionally

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3 year solid working experience in banking industry related to cash management, corporate internet banking, remittance, account opening and maintenance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
