Job Description

Senior Corporate Services Officer (Facility Management)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operation of facilities in Branches and, Offices
  • Assist in managing planned maintenance, repair and operation of designated offices
  • Liaise with building management company and government
  • Develop and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programme
  • Monitor the progress of works and payment status
  • Handle ad-hoc assigned projects
  • Follow up Building Orders / Fire Safety Notices
  • Attend emergency call/services when needed
  • Plan, negotiate and supervise outsourced contracts and manage the vendors
  • Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor to ensure all vendors comply with all aspects of their agreement


Requirements:


  • Degree / High Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering or Property / Facilities Management related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property / facilities management
  • Practical experience in day-to-day operation, repair and maintenance, particularly in commercial office and retail premises experience. Experience in retail bank facilities or engineering firm is advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, work independent with minimum supervision
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS excel and PowerPoint
